Can anyone explain the meaning of the sonnet February Afternoon please?

Im writing an essay on this poem but I cant write my essay until i understand its meaning! Im struggiling to work out if my volta is leading to a conclusion, reinforcing what it has just said or reversing it but i can probably get this when i understand the sonnet!
