What conclusions can be drawn about the Mid East protests from US's history of overthrowing.....?

You should validate your history but I think most of your examples are flawed. The US had nothing to do with Iran 1980 (except be taken hostage) or Iran 2001 and most of the others. Just because people around the world want a better government doesn't mean the US has "overthrown" anything. Fact are universal, opinions are personal.
