Should Dennis Kucinich take heed from the fact that a vote under duress is legally invalid?

It's hard to prove duress, even dealing with subordinates and superiors. In this case, we're talking about elected officials. We can all think it, but no one could prove it. Kucinich least of all will make this claim, because it makes him look weak.
