Do you think ill loose weight if I do it like this??

Don't eat too much red meat, it's not all that good for you, and eat plenty of veggies!!!!!! 1-3 hrs of exercise a day is a bit excessive unless you're already really athletic. Go ahead and have a treat every now and then, it's not going to break your diet and if you deprive yourself, you're more likely to give up completely!!!!!!!!!!! Just be sensible and don't get carried away. You didn't say how tall you were, you may already be at your ideal weight. Don't try to be a toothpick. Men don't like it.
