Looking for the name of this book, it regards to past lives?

I read it back in college. It was about a woman that went to a therapist to get hypnotized to see into her past lives...She lived like 20 plus past lives. I don't think it was based on a true story. I just have a memory lapse and can't remember the title of the book..looking for help out there.
