Bacteria questions?

the gram + bacterial cell will probabily lyse due to the hypotonic environment in the distilled water. the fluid from the bacteria will rush out and the gram + cell will burst. This process is called cytolysis. The gram - bacteria has an additional layer on its cell wall called the LPS which is made of lipids and will protect the cell. for question #3, of course the gram - is toxic to humans because of the LPS layer.
