Dem's are saying the House repeal vote was only symbolic?

True, it is only symbolic because the Republicans know they have nothing to replace Health Care Reform with and if they were successful American voters would vote them out when they watch their premiums skyrocket and out of pocket costs go through the roof. Personally I think the Democrats should not even allow it to come to the floor of the Senate but that is not my place to decide it.
