Check it out. The newspaper article reads there is a hospital in Texas that in the last nine years residents accounted for a whooping 2,678 visits. One of the nine was in the emergency room more that 100 times in 1 year for four years. They are middle aged, speak English and are about evenly split between males and females. Texans paid the tab at $2.7 million in charges. Don't you just love the way this country treats the working cl?
