Is my tetra whisper power filter setup right?

It's better to have the water flow through the biobag after it flows through the foam. The foam will filter out solid particles which would otherwise get trapped in the biobag, eventually creating dead flow zones that will prevent the aerobic bacteria from breaking down fish waste. Luckily, it's a simple fix. ;)
