Why can't I get an answer?

Maybe he's not really sure himself whether he should date u or just be ur friend.He probably just likes thing the way they are.U shouldnt hav said anything in the first place,u should hav just went with the flow,like u said urself u got a bit too clingy so now he sees that side of u and remember ye are in uni. he probably doesnt want to be tied down in one relationship.Leave it alone now and dont say anything to him about any relationship to him again,next time you meet start afresh.
